You will have all received many emails about the new online payment system for school meals being introduced from Monday 25th June. This system will also be the only way for you to pay for school snacks from Monday 25th and from September the only way school will be able to send out messages to you.
At times we need to send out important messages to all parents and unless everyone signs up to the new system (regardless of whether you will be using the system to pay for meals or snacks) these messages will not get to you.
If you have signed up, we apologise for these emails, but there are still over 50 families that have not activated their accounts. We can see this causing problems for them next week, especially if their children want snacks and won’t be able to have one because no money will be taken by the kitchen staff from Monday.
We are also planning to use this system in the future to take payments for trips, residentials and tickets for Christmas performances, so it is vital everyone signs up.
PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL OFFICE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ACTIVATION LETTER, as these were sent out to all parents/guardians before the half term holidays.
